Foundations in Project Management and PMP Certification Review

Project Management has been called the skill-set for the New Millennium. Those with a full understanding of the techniques and disciplines of project management will be prepared to face challenges within an organization. Two courses are offered in Project Management including Foundations in Project Management and the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Preparation Class. These courses, focused on the Project Management Body of Knowledge, are designed to develop project management skills, prepare participants for the industry certification exam, and to foster professional development.
