The doctor of psychology program at PCOM maintains program sites located in Philadelphia and on the campus of Dixon University Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Using a distance education format, PCOM offers professionals in Harrisburg the identical Psy.D. program offered in Philadelphia. This format includes classes taught on-site, as well as via videoconference.

Graduates of this program will be prepared to assume all responsibilities in a broad range of clinical settings. The program recruits the in-practice professional who has a master's degree and is working as a mental health professional in human services. This population brings a high level of maturity, established skills, diverse backgrounds and strong motivation to succeed. The program takes 5 to 7 years to complete, including course work, practicum, internship and dissertation. The Psy.D. program in Clinical Psychology is accredited by the American Psychological Association.
