The Technical Leadership BAS degree is offered at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) with courses offered at Dixon University Center every fall semester.
The program offers a seamless pathway to a bachelor’s degree for graduates of A.A.S. technical or “career” degree programs. This bachelor’s degree completion program builds on the technical expertise you’ve gained through associate degree coursework. The Technical Leadership program courses provide the knowledge and skills necessary to assume leadership and supervisory roles in workgroups and project teams - skills necessary for career advancement in a rapidly changing, globalized workplace in critical employment need areas such as business communication and collaboration, leading distributed teams and workgroups, project management, intercultural communication, workplace diversity, staff training, development and more. Students may enter this program directly from their associate degree program or as a returning student. Students may complete as full-time or part-time students.
Offered through Bloomsburg University’s Department of Instructional Technology, the Technical Leadership program also offers a unique industry connection with an active professional advisory board.
Bloomsburg University's Family Nurse Practitioner Program is now being offered at both Bloomsburg University and Dixon University Center. This hybrid program allows for all core courses to be offered asynchronously online, and the clinical courses to be offered at either Bloomsburg University or DUC.
